3:1 illustration model receives Health Media Award 2011

Under the aegis of the Deutsche Gesundheitshilfe e.V., the Health Media Award is conferred for the best achievements in the field of health communication. This year at the Award Ceremony in Cologne, Straumann was among the winners in the Patient Communication category, taking 1st place for special achievements in the field of patient information with our 3:1 illustration model.

We developed the 3:1 illustration model to help dentists explain the difference between implant-based treatment and conventional treatment to patients. We are pleased to offer dentists yet another service tool that is highly functional, practical as well as easy to use and understand.

Since its launch in mid-2010, more than 20 000 models have been distributed worldwide.
